traceback after selecting Etc/UTC timezone

Description of problem:
After I selected a Etc/* timezone anaconda produces a traceback.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
11.4.1.50 from Snap3 i386 DVD

How reproducible:
always (sometimes moving forward/backward through anaconda is required)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a Etc/* timezone (UTC and GMT+12 crashed it for me)
2. maybe move to the next screen
3. go back to the timezone selection
  
Actual results:
A traceback is created

Expected results:
no traceback
