Description of problem:
New tabs opened with middle clicks cannot scroll content, but only if it loads while not displayed (a refresh will fix it).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nautilus-2.24.2-2.fc10.i386

How reproducible:
Seemingly always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open nautilus
2. Middle click a directory or sidebar shortcut
3. Allow it to fully load

  
Actual results:
Go to the new tab, it cannot scroll

Expected results:
It should be ready to scroll

The upstream bug is here:

It would be nice to get this fixed/backported.  I hit this bug all the time.
