Could you add a little more descriptive description of the problem than "--summary"?  Scitools already requires numpy, and I don't know what you mean by numpy split.  Also, how did you discover this was a problem?  What produced it?

Your package currently Requires numpy.  Soon, numpy will split out -doc and -f2py subpackages.  If your package does not use f2py, you need do nothing, simply note that here and close this bug.  If your package does use f2py, comment here, and I'll make sure you're notified when the split hits rawhide, so you can change your Requires to numpy-f2py. Okay, thanks for the heads up.  I will contact upstream and ask what they think.  Then I will get back to you.

The upstream author has informed me that Scitools does not require f2py.  Thank again for the heads up, but I believe we can now close this bug report.
