Description of problem: Some emails that I get from bugzilla have CR character (^M) appended in all lines. I suspect that happens when people use Opera, as I suspect that Opera sends those CR characters in forms and somehow it also affects how the email look like. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Bugzilla as of today (3.2). How reproducible: I've seen a lot of them lately but I'm not sure how deterministic it is. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have email notifications turned on. 2. Have someone add a comment or change something on the bugzilla from Opera Actual results: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable MIME-Version: 1.0 X-Scanned-By: MIMEDefang 2.58 on 172.16.52.254 Content-Length: 764 Please do not reply directly to this email. Thanks for the report. I am working with eng-systems now to see if we can figure out where these extra characeters are originating from. Dave

I fix has been found and a new perl-Email-MIME-Encodings package is being pushed today to production to fix this issue. Please reopen this bug if the problem still occurs after today. Dave
