Description of problem:
redhat-release-debuginfo is empty. No need to generate this package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-release-debuginfo-5Server-5.3.0.3.i386.rpm

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qpl redhat-release-debuginfo-5Server-5.3.0.3.i386.rpm
2.

Actual results:
empty package

Expected results:
Package doesn't exist. redhat-release contains text files and one Python module.

Additional info:
this was recently fixed in RHEL4

This can be easily fixed in the spec file.
