I tried Fedora 12 beta DVD and it does not look to be solved...

When installing from DVD anaconda required from me network configuration and
since I had no Internet access on this machine I could not install...

I would expect that with DVD I could install on networkless machines...

Jacek: A network connection should not be required for a DVD-only install. If you are adding additional network-accessible package repositories during installation, you may have issues. Alternatively, if you are booting with additional arguments that direct the installer towards a network-accessible stage#2 or package repository, then networking will be required.

If you are installing the DVD and not specifying additional boot arguments, are adding/selecting network-accessible package repositories, and having problems installing, please file that as a new bug report.
