It's developed and hosted ad freedesktop.org, but bugs.freedesktop.org only has the old PolicyKit and no polkit component.
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/policykit-gnome/ is working again. It's the newest polkit, and it's maintained by GNOME Translation Teams. There are 4 issues described above: Number 1 is commented out in the actual .po file. Number 2 is changed to the proposition and commented out. Number 3 is changed to the proposition and commented out. Number 4 is changed to the proposition and commented out. To correct the first issue in the out-commented code should be not needed. Should this bug now become CLOSED->DEFERRED?
