Description of problem:
It would be nice to choose which flags are shown in the search results, e.g. from the "Change Columns" UI

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to "Change Columns"
2. Choose flags
3. Perform a search
  
Actual results:
All flags are visible

Expected results:
Under "Change Columns", each flag (needinfo, rhel5.4.0, etc.) would be separately chooseable to pinpoint the needed information in the results table.

As part of the recent Bugzilla 2.4 upgrade the Bugzilla team are cleaning up bugs opened against old versions of Bugzilla. This bug has been flagged as an old bug and will be CLOSED WONTFIX in 7 days time.

Flags are not visible at all in the new Bugzilla, opening a new bug.

We have 300 flags (and growing), and have to choose from such a list will not be practicable.
