which locale or value for $LC_ALL ?
never mind, setting it in the browser works for testing.
I'm changing the product of this bug to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5. The package listed is from that product.
Ressurecting, I know from Radek that Czech locale has the same effect.

To reproduce, there is not need to change environment locales. In Firefox, for instance, one can simply set a new preferred non-English language in Prereferences - Content - Languages and reload the luci page.
