Description of problem:
When installing with --excludedocs there are errors caused by missing files.

emacs-nxml-mode-0.20041004-8.fc11.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to reproduce:
1) rpm -ihv --excludedocs emacs-nxml-mode-0.20041004-8.fc11.noarch  

or:
- use %packages --excludedocs in kickstart
- enable %_excludedocs macro in RPM

Expected results:
Package is installed without errors

Actual results:
Error(s): Installing emacs-nxml-mode-0.20041004-8.fc11.noarch
install-info: No such file or directory for /usr/share/info/nxml-mode.info

just to note, that nxml-mode is now contained in emacs-el, so if bug 516391 is resolved, this bug will become obsolete.
