Does it have acpi module in the guest?

Comment 2 Gleb Natapov 2009-10-30 08:42:03 UTC
Does it work on real HW? I mean does rhel3.9 shuts down itself when you press power button on real HW.

Comment 3 Suqin Huang 2009-11-02 08:46:46 UTC
doesn't have /proc/acpi file on rhel3.9-32, file exit on rhel3.9-64
can shutdown rhel3.9-64 system with system_powerdown
cannot shutdown rhel3.9-32 system with system_powerdown

Comment 4 Dor Laor 2009-11-15 15:06:37 UTC
Gleb talked with Chris L. and acpi in 3.9 32bit cannot shutdown on physical machines too.
