Description of problem:
The icons for the following items in the Gnome menus are missing:
Programs/Settings/Document Handlers menu
Programs/Settings/Document Handlers/Default Editor
Programs/Settings/User Interface menu

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Gnome menu
2.Go to the locations listed above
3.
	

Actual Results:  No icons!

Expected Results:  Nice icons :)

We understand that there are icons missing for certain apps in the menus - it is
not a big distraction to not have them especially when the icons for most apps
don't give the user much of an idea about what the app is. We take almost all of
our artwork from the community and do not have an artist who can take care of
these small problems. If someone in the GNOME community creates an icon for
these and it makes it into the official version of the apps then we will
included it as well.
