How reproducible:
try reporting an unreported bug using abrt

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get another bug (catched by abrt)
2. Try reporting it to bugzilla.redhat.com
  
Actual results:
Error window displaying the following:

Bugzilla: CReporterBugzilla::Report(): CReporterBugzilla::CheckUUIDInBugzilla(): Unable to transport XML to server and get XML response back.  libcurl failed to execute the HTTP POST transaction.  Couldn't resolve host 'bugzilla.redhat.com'

logger: file:///var/log/abrt-logger

Expected results:
A success message

I'm seeing the same. Restarting the abrt daemon makes it work. Perhaps abrt fails to call res_init again after NM brought the network connection up ?

have the same problem
PS: 'curl' can resolve and dowload URL, but abrt cann not...
