Description of problem:

using the up/down arrow keys to move the radio selection in a format dialog, does not move the radio selection sequentially as you'd expect.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

 * anaconda-12.32

How reproducible:
 
 * 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the partition detailed screen
2. Click edit on an exist partition, or create a new partition
3. Select the Radio button for "Chew up remaining free space"
4. Use the arrow keys to move the selection up/down
  
Actual results:

 * the radio selection isn't sequential.  Pressing up 1, makes it jump 2 or more entries up.
