Presumably this is coming out of this scriptlet:

%post 
/sbin/install-info %{_infodir}/mysql.info.gz %{_infodir}/dir

Reassigning to owner of that program, since I have no idea why it would fail.  The scriptlet hasn't changed in years.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.
