bfd.info.gz from binutils-devel-2.19.51.0.14-33.fc12.ppc

Description of problem:
install-info produces bogus error message + exit code despite it works.
ppc-specific problem.
It produces %post/%preun rpm error message on improperly protected .spec files.

info-4.13a-7.fc12.ppc

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
/sbin/install-info --info-dir=/usr/share/info ./bfd.info.gz ;echo $?

Actual results:
install-info: Success for ./bfd.info.gz
1

0

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.
