Description of problem:

I installed xchat-gnome. This required no dependencies - PK only had to install 1 package, xchat-gnome.

It gave me a pop-up asking my okay to install additional packages. And it listed xchat-gnome as the single ´additional package´ - but it´s not additional, it´s what I told it to install!

I think that is supposed to be fixed in the PackageKit and gnome-packagekit builds that are in dist-f12-updates-testing atm.
Can you see if those make the problem go away for you ?
