Doc Text:	A fix in the Red Hat Security Advisory RHSA-2009:1024 introduced a regression. After updating to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.8 and rebooting, network links often failed to be brought up for interfaces using the forcedeth driver. Additionally, "no link during initialization" messages may have been logged.

Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
