Description of problem: I get vertical linens (sort of artefacts) when I try to view images. this wans't the case for F11 I am running Fedora rawhide x64 with a intel Q9550 CPU and a ATI RADEON HD4870X2 as you can see this error occurs in many programs, also when I try to view a clip on youtube I get such artefacts on the bottom of the the flash element. you can find a screen here: http://biertie.fedorapeople.org/screens/screen_fuzz.png Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): GNOME 2.28.0 How reproducible: open an image in a random software program (not firefox) or a youtube movie in FF Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Since this bugzilla report was filed, there have been several major updates in various components of the Xorg system, which may have resolved this issue. Users who have experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade their system to the latest version of their packages (at least F12Beta, but even better if the very latest versions). Please, if you experience this problem on the up-to-date system, let us now in the comment for this bug, or whether the upgraded system works for you.
