Works fine for me, what you are probably seeing is a (video card specific) issue in mesa, changing component to mesa. Can you please tell us which video card you have and attach /var/log/Xorg.0.log ?

2 Notes from the dups: 1) ogre-samples is crashing with ATI cards too 2) chess (an ogre using application) is having issues too Both work fine on a (don't shoot me) machine with an nvidia card and nvidia's binary drivers.

I tried this on an rv530 and when I exited Orge-Samples I didn't get a segfault message.
I don't get segfault messages when exiting normally since upgrading to F13 (though I am still running the 2.6.31 kernel due to other problems). Running chess using FBO instead of pbuffer still crashes the game.
There is a traceback from abrt in bug 539937 that might be related to this.

Heureka, ogre ogre-1.6.4-3.fc12.i686 works for me.
ogre-samples-1.6.4-5.fc13.x86_64 work for me using open-source nouveau driver for Nvidia and I notice a good speed improvement on them when I put mesa-dri-drivers-experimental into the mix.
