this is the whole system error message

Description of problem: my bootloader configuration wont open it just gives this error every time i try to open it. I'm a newbie to Linux but would really like to get into it, so if someone could someone not only suggest a way to fix it but try and explain how they are doing it and why the problem is occuring that way i can start to learn linux not just copy and paste so to speak, Thank you
