The Remove Profile button, existing in Satellite 5.2, is missing. Bug #509444 states that it was removed from 5.3 and will be 'looked into' for inclusion for 540, However, hosts that have numerous guests built and removed end up with page(s) of stale VM profile information.

While the VM profile itself can be removed, it still shows up in the host's Virtualization tab, making a confusing and difficult to read page of incorrect info.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register a host with Virtualization entitlement
2. Register a guest VM on the host
3. Go to the Satellite, Find guest VM machine's profile. Delete it.
4. Go to host's profile, click on Virtualization.
5. Scroll to bottom of page: Remove selected Profile button does not exist and profile for host that was removed will still show up in the host's list.
Actual Results:
Profiles remained in host's list.

Expected Results:
Either there should be a button for removing guests (as previous functionality), or removing a VM's profile should remove it from the host's list. The latter does not cover non satellite-enabled VM's however.
