Can't you just remove the conflicting files from ocaml-runtime? I think it would be enough to get kdeedu to build (with ocaml-facile support).

We have to do some (minor) surgery to all the OCaml packages,
because they all try to use these internal files, *and* I'd
like to be assured that the RPM dependency generator really
works as a replacement.  That's why I'd like to be able to
have a local Rawhide environment to test this.

I'm sure Rawhide will get fixed in just a couple more days.

You should be good now.  You just need to wait for
this build to make it into the Koji compose:
