Description of problem:
kdump can be enabled but cannot be started in System > Administration > Services.
kdump is always shown as 'Dead'
When trying to start systemconfigkdump in terminal, I get dbus error message.

Additional info:
If I try to start kdump in System > Administration > Services, it shows as being refreshed, but it never gets started.

Not sure why you think this is a D-Bus problem - reassigning to the component you are having problems with.
