Description of problem:
The transparent background for my panel is showing up as garbage (the screenshot should explain). The panel is set to auto-hide, with a solid black background set transparent.

gnome-panel-2.28.0-15

How reproducible:
Since last reboot its been this way. Killing it hasn't fixed it.

Looks like the xserver EXA bug.
