Description of problem:
In the Operations tab, you can no longer select dates in the calendar widget - the widget is broken.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any resource with an Operations tab
2. Go to Operations tab
3. Select an operation to run
4. Click the radio button to run the op at a later time
5. Click the calendar icon to open the widget
  
Actual results:
Widget has no dates on it, buttons don't work - see attached screenshot

Expected results:
Working calendar widget

Verified on JON build# Revision: 10609 (Revision: 10609)

Performed following steps and found calendar widget working fine:
1. Open any resource with an Operations tab
2. Go to Operations tab
3. Select an operation to run
4. Click the radio button to run the op at a later time
5. Click the calendar icon to open the widget
