Description of problem:
See the attached screenshot which shows an empty calendar and firebug shows that
this.params.isDayEnabled is not a function

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to an inventoried resource (e.g. the RHQ Agent)
2. open its OPERATIONS tab
3. click NEW subtab
4. click one of its "Supported Operations" (e.g.  Execute Availability Scan )
5. click the Start: radio button next to the calendar text field
6. click the calendar icon
BANG!
no calendar widget and firebug shows: this.params.isDayEnabled is not a function
7. click the calendar icon again
BANG!
the calendar displays with no dates.
