Currently the only options to list errata require a channel label be passed, and only returns the errata for that channel. Some cases require the ability to look up errata in data order regardless of the channel. Required Arguments: token date range / or start date (since) Returns: Array of channels
My mistake... that should have been: Returns: Array of Erratums Another possible call, listUnpublishedErrata would be very helpful.
Implemented in spacewalk.git, commit 3858b5b578f513f13315f75ad60ffc7a341a857b . No args are taken, though. http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/spacewalk.git/?p=spacewalk.git;a=commit;h=3858b5b578f513f13315f75ad60ffc7a341a857b
Moving to ON_DEV since done in Spacewalk, has to be aligned to future Satellite release. Cliff
QA: I am flipping this back to ON_DEV: Thanks for having errata.listUnpublishedErrata. It works good for me. But within this bugzilla there is only one part of scenario addressed. Request for mechanism to find erratum regardless of the channel is not satisfied. Could you please review the issue?
Let's split two issues addressed in this BZ into two separate BZs: - I've changed the Summary of this BZ to: RFE: Ability to list unpublished errata and putting this BZ back ON_QA - BZ#637819 shall address the original request to list errata without any channel
QA: Changing to VERIFIED: Testng procedure: Automated test. Verified against: Satellite-5.4.0-RHEL5-re20100924.0 and upstream.
