+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #574145 +++

Currently the only options to list errata require a channel label be passed, and only returns the errata for that channel.  Some cases require the ability to look up errata in data order regardless of the channel.  

Required Arguments:
    token
    date range / or start date (since)

Returns:
    Array of channels

Another possible call, listUnpublishedErrata would be very helpful.
