as in #574332 this can be fixed by downgrading gtk2 to 2.18.7-1.fc12 from 2.18.8-1.fc12. so this seems related. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=574332
it's related to /usr/lib/thunderbird-3.0/run-mozilla.sh lines 130-145. core dump error. downgrading gtk2 is working for me
