The spice-usb-redirector is used to provide a USB over network when working with the SPICE client. The package include 3 components: a kernel module, a service daemon to handle the devices and a controller utility which intermediate between SPICE and the USB service daemon.

This bug has been copied from bug #552602 and has been proposed
to be backported to 5.5 z-stream (EUS).

Verified this bug with the following packages:
kmod-spice-usb-redirector-4.5-2.el5
spice-usb-redirector-4.5-2.el5

With the following client and guest:
Client:
RHEL-5.5-Client/32
RHEL-5.5-Client/64

Guest:
WinXP/32
Win7/32
Win7/64

All works properly, could redirect USB devices to guest successfully, more detailed infomation please check the Matrix.
