Identify then fix or document any plugin api changes between JON 2.3.1 and JON2.4. Easy way to test would be to take the plugins shipped in 2.3.1 and drop them into the latest build of JON

Can you link your wiki page to this bug, and make a general comment on any plugin compatibility of 2.3.1->2.4. If plugins should be compatible please test with those from a 2.3.1 install
