Thanks for your report. Unfortunately some important debuginfo (panel and cellmodem-plugin) was not properly installed by the bug reporting tool.

Can you reproduce this crash reliably? If so, please run
debuginfo-install xfce4-cellmodem-plugin xfce4-panel
before reproducing the bug and submit a new backtrace. Thanks a lot.

More detailed reproduction steps:
1. Add the item to a panel via right clicking and "Add new items".
2. Click "Close" in the window that pops up.
3. Right click the tray icon and click "Remove".
4. ABRT panics.

Fully reproducible on my system.

Comment 5 Christoph Wickert 2010-10-27 20:05:20 UTC
This is related to but 602662. I have reported it to the Xfce developers at http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6747 and your information. Sorry it took so long, I first had to get the cellmodem component in the Xfce bug tracker.

Thanks for reporting this bug
