Description of problem: I was upgrading from F12, my /etc/fstab had a line with file-system = ntfs-3g which worked fine in F12 .. Anaconda breaks on that, failing to parse it Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Upgrade a F12 system with ntfs-3g file-system in /etc/fstab 2. Anaconda chokes 3.
What's the exact error message you're seeing?
Anaconda stops, displays a dialog and wants to exit the installer. Sorry, I cannot memorize the exact message shown, but it was along the lines of "The partition sda8 was detected to be type 'ntfs' while /etc/fstab mentions it is 'ntfs-3g'" Then a very long python stack trace with calls to parse /etc/fstab. I know you probably want more details .. but that's all I have for now
