kdebase-runtime-libs-4.4.2-1.fc13.x86_64, libssh-0.4.2-1.fc13.x86_64

sftp://user@host URLs don't work in konqueror, it says "Out of Memory".  Same thing if trying "kioclient copy sftp://user@host/somefile ./"

I've read http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=66&t=85796 and tried moving my ~/.ssh/config and /etc/ssh/ssh_config out of the way temporarily to see if it's something in them that causes it, but doing that had no effect.
