How to reproduce
-----
1.Right-click on the workspace area in the lower panel
2.Click on the setings entry

Comment

The panel crashed when I was going to change from 2 to 4 workspaces.

After things restarted, I tried again. The second time it worked. It does not happen every time.

This F13 beta instance is running in a virtual machine. The host system is RHEL5.
