* package meets naming 
* package must meet packaging guidelines
* specfile is properly named, is cleanly written and uses macros consistently.
* dist tag is present.
* build root is correct.
* license field matches the actual license (of the packages provided by the
channel).
* license is open source-compatible (BSD).
* BuildRequires are proper.
* %clean is present.
* package builds in mock (F-13).
* package installs properly
* channel (un)registered properly

php-channel-deepend-1.3-2.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
 If you want to test the update, you can install it with 
 su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update php-channel-deepend'.  You can provide feedback for this update here: http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/php-channel-deepend-1.3-2.fc13
