Description of problem:
Clicking the "Resource" and "Description" column on the resource browser pages has no effect.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Resources > All Resources  or
   Resources > Platforms  or
   Resources > Services  or
   Resources > Servers
2. click on the column headers "Resource" or "Description"
  
Actual results:
The Column links does not change to Resource ^1  and does not sort the column.

Expected results:
Same as the Availability column which is sorting as usual.

Closing per GWT.  QE needs to assure there are appropriate test cases for column sorting in the context of any give page which features it
