How to reproduce
1.Einstellungen -> "Erscheinungsbild"
2.Dort verschiedene Themas einspielen und in meinem Fall nur eine "Farbe" in den Rahmen ändern.
3.Desktop-Effekte sind bereits Aktiviert gewesen
