Your squid binary have been corrupted. Suspected causes include - Memory failure - Bad cabling - System overheating - Transient power failure Please run a full system diagnostics on your server. Also run "rpm -q --verify squid" to verify the integrity of your installed Squid binary, both before and after a reboot.
