+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #621103 +++
Description of problem:
We have bunch of new mac80211 and wlan drivers bug fixes in 2.6.32 -stable kernel, need to apply them to RHEL5.
This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
Customer found an issue where the driver would fail after about 12 hours
of use (I don’t have the stack trace from the kernel handy).
Only a power cycle would allow the hardware to be used again.
He said that after applying the patches below, it works.
Could you confirm if the following patches will be applied?
