From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020314 Description of problem: I upgraded skipjack using up2date, when It upgraded the arts module sound was no longer available. When using the console it would state that the sound server was unavailable. When I tried to start the sound server I would get an error about an unkown symbol. When I removed the updated arts and backed up to the arts package from the skipjack distro I was able to use sound agin, but was no able to use kdemultimedia functions such as startup sounds or anything which used the kdemultimedia players.
