But kdepim-runtime is also part of the kdepim 4.5 release we're not shipping. We ship kdepim-runtime 4.4.5, so that's what the translations should be for. I have checked the translatio. The kdepim-runtime translation is already included in kde-l10n-kdepim-4.4.5.tar.bz2.
To be clear, it turns out there's no separate kdepim-runtime directory in kde-l10n.

This should be fully sorted out now, with F14 and the testing updates for F13 using translations from 4.4.x and Rawhide the ones from 4.5.x.
