Description of problem: The rpm moodle-1.9.9-2.fc13.noarch.rpm was downloaded as part of a yum update, but installation failed. Initial download via yum used presto successfully. Reproduced with fresh download using yumdownloader. It's now causing nightly yum updates to fail. I can remove it and my problem will go away, but actual Moodle users will still have a problem.
