Description of problem: Installing Fedora 14 Alpha gives an error in /mnt/sysimage/root/install.log:
Installing fedora-release-notes-13.2-1.fc14.noarch
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.jyz9Pl: line 2: touch: command not found


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
fedora-release-notes-13.2-1.fc14.noarch

How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Fedora 14 Alpha i386 CD
2. inspect /mnt/sysimage/root/install.log when install finishes (/root/install.log after rebooting)
3.
  
Actual results: line 2: touch: command not found


Expected results: no complaints
