Description of problem: fedora-release-notes uses the touch command in its post and postun scripts. touch is provided by coreutils. If the requires(post) and requires(postun) aren't provided, then the install scripts may be run when coreutils isn't installed yet. For example, I had this happen on a recent games spin test build. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): fedora-release-notes-13.2-1 How reproducible: Not 100%. It depends on the install order chosen by yum. Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:

This should be fixed now.
Package fedora-release-notes-14.1.2-1.fc14 triggers Installing: fedora-release-notes ################### [ 65/1058] /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.BnIphJ: line 2: touch: command not found when building a live CD image (see (duplicate) bug 669296, too).
This was fixed in Rawhide but the fixes were not merged to F14. Recently the fixes were merged and I'll be pushing this update shortly. Since they didn't make it to the F15 release before it branched either, I'll issue an update there as well. Changing back to ASSIGNED for now so Bodhi can manage the update.
