Description of problem:
Country Name list is untranslated while configure Mobile Broadband with NM.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right Click on NM applet
2. Edit Connection
3. Mobile Broadband->Add->Next
4. Check Country List

  
Actual results:
it is Untranslated

Expected results:
it need to be translated.

Country list doesn't come from mobile-broadband-provider-info, rather from NetworkManager-gnome.

The code has been changed to use iso-codes package to avoid duplicating translations - see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=658653
