Some of the submission listings on mrg31 cumin display an Owner of "Unknown" despite the correct summary being verified through qpid-tool. Appears somewhat randomly.

I don't reproduce this.  On further investigation, I found the cumin-data process was not running.  Presumably, it died suddenly and unexpectedly, but there's no trace or other info for it yet.  Closing this, and working on a different bug for the cumin-data crash, bug 635745,
