How to reproduce

1. There is inconsistent data in de mailbox
2.I have more than 1800 received e.mail and evolution can not acces to them

Thanks for a bug report. Try to search evolution's FAQ page (Help->FAQ) how to rebuild indexes. Maybe it'll help. Meanwhile I'm moving this to the upstream bug [1]. Please see [1] for any further updates.
