Looks like an accessibility crash. Assuming you don't need accessibility you can turn that off (in GNOME) with system->preferences->assistive technologies
Oh, I misread that. This is actually the hack where we use the a11y interfaces in order to get the information needed by signalIMRetrieveSurrounding for some InputMethods.
